EARLY ACCESS CLOSES: 27th June / 2pm EST
Forget “muscle.” Real power is rooted in how efficiently energy flows through your body, from the ground, through the hips, into the fist. This is where elite-level technique begins.
Kinetic Linking – Connect your whole body into every punch
Stretch-Shortening Cycles – Unlock hidden spring-load system
Max Force, Min Effort - Learn to hit harder with less energy
The best fighters don’t just punch hard, they move fast as well. These 3 weeks are dedicated to mastering every element of footwork from the ground up.
Plantar Fascia Mechanics - The secret to speed and balance
Weighted Back-Foot Control - Stay elusive without retreating
The Angle Arsenal - Every pivot, shift, and step that wins exchanges
This week is about one thing: devastating impact. You’ll break down the exact physical mechanics that make your punches 10x more powerful, even if you’re not “strong.”
The Powerline - Punch through targets, not at them
ATP to KO - Energy systems behind knockout force
Perfect vs. Imperfect Kinetic Linkage - When to break the rules for more power
Reaction time is too slow. This week, you’ll learn how to move before you think, using seamless head movement and flow-based transitions that blur the line between offence and defence.
Flow-State Defence - Never static, never predictable
True Head Movement - All from the hips down
Defensive Fluidity - Blend footwork, punches, and slips like water
Tension slows you down. This week, you’ll retrain your nervous system to stay loose under pressure, conserving energy and unlocking instinctive speed.
Relaxation for Reaction - Respond with fight not flight
CNS Efficiency - Train your system, not just your muscles
The "Loose But Deadly" Principle - Calm on the outside, explosive underneath
Even great technique fails without strategy. This week, you’ll develop your Ring IQ, so you can break down any opponent with deception, control, and adaptability.
Pressure, Timing, Control - The trinity of tactical dominance
The 3 Boxing Styles - And how to beat them all
Creating Opening - Set traps, don't chase punches
Your body only goes where your mind allows. In Week 11, we’ll reshape your beliefs, sharpen your identity, and train your subconscious to act like a fighter as default.
Paradigm Shifting - Change your default settings
Mental Fortitude - Build calmness under fire
Action Without Hesitation - Think less, do more
WARNING: THE KNOWLEDGE YOU’RE ABOUT TO GAIN IS RARELY SHARED OUTSIDE FIGHT GYMS.
⚠️ Use what you learn here responsibly.
An obsession with fighting that led me down a rabbit hole: physics, psychology, language, biomechanics, anything that could help uncover the first principles of boxing. The fundamental, objective truths that all great technique is built on.
I study endlessly. Because I believe if you understand boxing at its root level, not through "style", but through science you can become one of the most formidable fighters alive.
That’s the mission. And I’m inviting you to be part of it.
For two decades, martial arts have been a huge part of my life. I've explored many partnered forms—mostly throwing and grappling—which I loved for the in-person training. However, about a year ago, I moved further from my gym and realized how much I relied on that classroom structure and training partners to stay disciplined. As someone who works in an office, getting to a distant gym consistently became a real challenge, and my home practice suffered without that accountability. I even tried traveling to Thailand four times this past year, spending weeks there for daily training, literally investing a lot of money and time just to stay on track. But, with a full-time job, that approach simply isn't sustainable long-term.
Then, two months ago, I found Hybrid Warrior Elite (thanks to Ollie's YouTube videos). I'm just a beginner in boxing – my background never included proper punching techniques. Yet, my progress in such a short time has been truly surprising.
First, the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. It's genuinely warm, friendly, and positive – unlike any online group I've seen in martial arts. This atmosphere makes it feel incredibly safe to ask even my basic questions or share beginner videos for feedback. The support and constructive advice are amazing.
Second, the coaching is extraordinary. You can feel their genuine care. If I'm quiet for a bit, a coach will proactively reach out for a 1:1 chat. These check-ins are so helpful, addressing both mental hurdles (like shyness about posting videos) and technical points, always with practical, tailored tips. Their dedication to every member, even a newbie like me, is truly impressive.
While there's great pre-recorded content, I've benefited immensely from the weekly group calls and personalized 1:1 coaching. I'm having a lot of fun, seeing definite improvement, and most importantly, I'm learning to take ownership of my learning process. Coaches explain concepts like weight distribution and kinetic chain with crystal clarity, which is incredibly helpful for a beginner. While I do supplement with some in-person pad work, I 100% credit Hybrid Warrior Elite for laying such a clear, foundational understanding that's truly refining my boxing technique.
If you're looking for an online boxing community that's genuinely supportive, offers expert guidance, and empowers you to confidently grow, either as a beginner or training to compete someday, Hybrid Warrior Elite is an outstanding place to be.
I really like this program and the community.
Initially, I was skeptical — my past experiences with online programs hadn’t been great. But this one is different.
The lesson plans are clear, and the constant feedback from the coaches and community has already helped me improve my technique a lot. And to be honest, I’m still at the very beginning of the learning path — there’s so much content to explore!
The one-on-one sessions with the coaches are incredibly helpful. The way Oliver and Toni teach and explain things really resonates with me — it’s helping me understand, not just mimic.
The live Zoom classes, which happen multiple times per week, are fantastic. I get real-time feedback as I work through drills, which makes a big difference. One of the best parts is that all the classes are recorded, so I can go back anytime, rewatch, and follow along at my own pace.
The community support is amazing. The feedback I get is incredibly helpful, and beyond just boxing, the group regularly runs fun and healthy challenges — like push-up, jump rope, and plank challenges. It keeps things engaging and motivating.
I’m really happy I joined — zero regrets.
Hey internet people on the fence🖖
You’ve probably seen the Dunning-Kruger Effect graph before. It maps the emotional rollercoaster of learning something new. First, you’re hyped up with uninformed optimism and think you know everything high up on “Mount Stupid.” Then reality punches you in the mouth, and suddenly you’re deep in the “Valley of Despair,” wondering if you’re even cut out for this. In the valley, you either bitch out and leave or stay in and achieve mastery.
I write to you from the depths of that valley. Boxing is not easy. But that’s also why we chose this sport, right?
With the guidance of our coaches and this community, I’m learning to embrace the suck. To shift my mindset, manage emotional energy, and mentally teleport myself out of despair and into growth.
Some of the members in the community are awe-inspiring. People from all over the world, all walks of life. And we all have each other’s backs with great feedback and critiques.
You’ve already seen the YouTube videos, the testimonials, the transformations.
You’ve done enough thinking! HWE is the best place to be!❤️🔥🥊
Participating in Fight Camp has significantly benefited me both physically and mentally.
The structured sessions have helped me stay consistent with my workouts, leading to noticeable improvements in my fitness, stamina, and boxing technique.
The real-time feedback from knowledgeable coaches has been invaluable in correcting form and pushing me to perform at my best.
One of the most rewarding outcomes has been weight loss — thanks to the high-intensity nature of the sessions and the accountability they provide, I’ve shed excess weight and feel lighter, healthier, and more energetic.
Beyond the physical gains, boxing has become a powerful outlet for stress, helping me build discipline and confidence.
Hey! My quick thought: The live coaching calls and 1-on-1 sessions are absolute game changers.
You might assume online training lacks direct connection or is not as effective as going to the gym, but in reality, it delivers far more feedback than a typical gym class with 10 other people.
Here, your coach watches every drill, instantly providing feedback to refine your technique.
Plus, you can revisit recorded sessions to analyze your performance, take notes, and track your progress.
It’s not just about going through the motions — it’s about continuous improvement that you do and watch in real time.
You will Never Walk Alone! The approach here is truly individual—there’s no rigid template you have to fit into. Instead, the coach adapts you step by step to proper boxing technique. No other place will give you the same kind of progress.
At first, I expected a structured plan on paper that I’d just repeat like a mantra. But I got so much more. Beyond knowledge and boxing training, I found something deeper—a community. Living abroad, away from friends and family, I didn’t expect to find a place where I could connect, share posts, and talk about boxing. But here, that’s exactly what I found.
This course doesn’t just teach you boxing; it changes your mindset. You pick up good habits from others, seeing them in action and wanting to do the same. Programs like the 100-day challenge or @Oliver Betts’s fasting add another layer of mental growth.
The only real challenge for me? Understanding the British accent—hearing ‘fro foo’ instead of ‘front foot’ and similar things! Plus, learning German has totally messed with my English—I think in German before speaking in English! But luckily, there’s @Antonio Troni, who somehow understands my Germanized English. 😂
This is my first online coaching/training program I've been a part of and I had a few concerns.
I wasn't sure how it would be training in a small space, over a phone, and with people in various stages of their boxing.
The space turned out to be enough to allow the movement required for the drills and I've only had some minor issues with connection and the phone which were on my end.
With regards to training with different skill levels, it's been a huge advantage, not only in the fight camps and training sessions but in the community as well. Having the eyes of 15–20 people, all trying to improve in boxing has been far more beneficial than one.
The 1-1 calls with @Oliver Betts and @Antonio Troni have been game changers and allowed me to focus more on the skills and fundamentals. I go to a boxing gym locally, and don't get anywhere close to the feedback and coaching I do with them.
My only enhancement points would be once the community has grown enough, to have the group training sessions a little later in the day. I know it's tough right now, and with a community based in probably over 10 time zones, but for me it's tough to make 10am/4pm sessions when I'm working. I do make as many as I can and don't expect this to even be considered until it makes sense for everyone. As it is right now, it's easily manageable making the ones I can, and following up with the videos of the ones I can't.
I would give HWE 10 out of 10 for not only matching but far exceeding my expectations, and providing even more value than what I get at my local boxing gym. Mad respect to not only the coaches, but others in the community for the help/feedback they've provided 👊.
One of the reasons why I joined was that I felt I won’t progress fast enough just training in my local boxing gym 3x per week. Coaches in crowded commercial gyms don’t have much time for individual feedback and they tend to focus on fixing horrible techniques — but if you’re good enough, they don’t have time for you.
I wanted to take control of my learning and decided to give HWE a go. The value I have received is insane, and I have also started to get much more from my local gym sessions because now I know where to focus to progress the most.
Progress has been huge on every aspect — knowledge, mental mindset, technical, performance, sparring. I would say this program has also had a positive change in my lifestyle — and it’s only the beginning. 🔥
Ps. The community is 💎
I’m a parent-coach with no boxing experience, and this program has completely changed the game for us.
When my kid got serious about boxing, I wanted to help — but I had zero background in the sport. Over the course of 10 years of training, we tried local gyms and a few online programs, but it always felt like we were on our own. The workouts were generic, the feedback was minimal, and we weren’t seeing enough real progress.
This program has been a total breakthrough. From day one, we got personal, one-on-one coaching. We send in videos of our training, and the coaches actually break it down in detail — what’s working, what needs improvement, and how to fix it. It’s like having a private coach in your corner every step of the way.
The online courses are easy to follow, even for someone with no boxing knowledge. But what really sets this apart is the constant communication and support. I’ve learned how to coach my son, and he's grown faster and more confidently than ever before.
We’ve been trying to figure this out for years. This is the first program that truly makes you feel seen, supported, and part of a community. Whether you are a parent, coach, or athlete — no matter the level — this is exactly what you need. Join and get the support you won't find anywhere else!
I will share my opinion about the HWE program.
I have been in this community for quite a long time and have seen its considerable development. At first, when I joined here, I was very skeptical. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like online courses at all. I much prefer to do everything live, let alone something that requires motor skills. I joined the community because I was kind of at my wit's end. I had a major injury that kept me from sparring for a good month. I felt discouraged, but more than that… I felt disappointed. I was so disappointed with the martial arts gym I was attending at the time and my progress in general. But I gave it another chance instead of giving up.
What did I expect from the HWE program when I joined it?
To learn the basics of the technique and a few other subtleties related to it. I planned to go through the class course independently, taking only what I needed. However, I found much more than I expected. I was surprised not only by the coach, who found time and had the patience to repeat the same things, but also by the community members with different levels of technical knowledge who welcomed me very warmly. I realized that we are all boxing enthusiasts from different parts of the world who have the same goal—to become better. It's hard to describe it in words, but it's an extremely motivating and inspiring feeling.
What would I say to anyone thinking of joining?
Don’t hesitate. Do you want to improve your game? Find like-minded people? Or just learn a new skill? I would advise you to take advantage of any opportunity that comes your way instead of thinking, 'What if…?' Because of this possibility, I had the opportunity to improve not only technically but also mentally, physically, and intellectually by learning boxing in this group.
For that, I am grateful.
Guys the value you’ll get, is worth the investment in your boxing career.
You can only get so far doing stuff on your own, with free resources. Every professional you look up to has a coach, a gym, etc.
If you just commit to HWE, it’s like having a whole boxing gym where everyone helps each other get better… in your pocket.
After joining (this is my experience), I can practice anywhere while getting feedback on what bad habits I have, what to do instead, and get lots of videos explaining how.
I’m aware of stuff I would have never even knew I was doing wrong, and now I can point out most of my own mistakes before I have to ask the community what to improve on. (Higher boxing IQ)
I go into my actual boxing gym and my coach in there often tells me he can tell I’ve been practicing at home.
Because I have — with Hybrid Warrior Elite :D
I was training at a local gym for about 9 months, but I can say that being a member of HWE for the last 2 months has already improved my technique by far more.
What I benefit from the most are:
(1) Video review feedback (1x weekly from Ollie; from Jordan + from other members of the community whenever). This feedback is detailed, instructional — things you can work on until the next video. This gives you something precise to focus on and which you can measure week by week. If you upload a sparring vid, then you get feedback on strategy. Super valuable stuff.
(2) The phases. A structured programme for you to follow — from beginner all the way to advanced — super advanced! Drills are given for every session. From my experience with physical classes previously, I sometimes find that the combos are really long / it changes up in every class, whereas there are certain combos / punches that I would prefer to work on for a longer period of time as I know I haven't reached a point where I'm comfortable with it. With the programme, this guesswork is taken out and the skills build on top of one another as you progress.
(3) The community. You get accountability, encouragement, and POV from other members on your vid / sharing of knowledge — who are all super good-natured and we're all in it to improve just a little every day 💪
Plus, there are also weekly calls / Q&A sessions. 😁
TREMENDOUS value all in all!
Thanks again to you guys, I just wanted to let you know that I am right now shifting my old childish and beat-up soul — which was messed up by forced paradigms — into my true self.
3 times through your paradigm shift and spoon bending videos, @Oliver Betts… plus rewatching Matrix 1 and 2 together with ChatGPT, and I even bought Bob Proctor’s books.
@Oliver Betts, I think you saved my life! I’m not sure yet how many things will change… but my mind completely changed for the better!
Again, I was sure that I would learn how to box here — that’s for sure. But I never imagined that I would also experience the biggest change of my life.
Martial arts are f***ing the best 😄 love it! Have a beautiful day guys!
@Oliver Betts — just finished 2nd kinetic chain with Toni. The analysis, insight and explanation was amazing.
I’ve been around boxing for over 50 years and have never had this experience. This has worldwide implications for basic physical education for children. Start early rather than trying to undo old habits later.
This program is more than boxing. It’s applied biomechanics that all people should be aware of. BEAUTIFUL program!
I’m still a bit in awe when I log into the Zoom sessions and get real-time training and feedback from the instructors who made Hybrid Warrior Elite one of my favorite YouTube channels for boxing insights.
At every session I get pointers I can immediately put to use. The coaches patiently root out bad form, and simultaneously endeavor to plant good style and technique, from the foundation up.
There’s an engaged community of students from around the world here that I can chat with and ask questions of, and I learn from absorbing the feedback they receive as well!
The instruction is sometimes easy, sometimes challenging, but I always just have fun with it and absorb what I can. All in all, I’m very impressed with HWE training. The rewards have surpassed my expectations, and I’m very glad I joined!
What I love about this community is the shared attention to detail and commitment to mastering technique. There’s a real focus on building solid fundamentals—creating a unique boxing style that’s not only personal, but also effective and safe. It’s about learning to hit without being hit, and laying a strong foundation to grow into any kind of boxer you aspire to be.
The coaches’ level of detail and involvement is a huge part of what makes this special. Their passion and obsession with boxing, technique, and constant improvement are obvious—and contagious. I was also genuinely impressed by how deep and thoughtful the Boxing Fundamentals course is so far. It goes well beyond technique, touching on mindset, perception, and life principles that drive real change.
I love that the program encourages community contribution and genuinely rewards it—not just with one-on-one access to coaches, but with meaningful feedback and strong connections with others equally passionate about boxing and self-improvement. The coaches really meet you where you are, focusing on your individual growth while staying grounded in the program’s core principles.
I’d absolutely recommend the Hybrid Warrior Elite Program to anyone serious about boxing and eager to learn in a supportive, like-minded community.

Most guys say they want to learn to fight. They watch breakdowns, admire skilled fighters, and tell themselves, “I should start boxing.” But they never do.
They hesitate. Overthink. Wait for the “perfect time”, which never comes. And so they stay the same. Year after year. Weak. Unsure. Unprepared.
🚨 Until one day, reality hits.
A confrontation they weren’t ready for. A moment when they need to protect someone, but can’t. Or just the quiet regret of wasting years doing nothing.
By the time they finally decide to act… it’s too late. Most men stay stuck on the sidelines. The question is, will you?
Because Fight Camp Early Enrolment is open. But only until June 27th. After that? It’s gone. Don’t be the guy who waits too long. Start today.
